By installing or using Forwardit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
You agree to use Forwardit only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
You must not use the application for fraud, unauthorized interception of messages, forwarding of messages or OTP codes belonging to others without proper authorization, or any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
You are solely responsible for your use of the application.
You represent and warrant that you own the device and SIM card being used, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions and authorizations from the owner of the device, account, or messages being forwarded.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining such authorization.
All forwarded messages and all forwarding destinations, including phone numbers and email addresses, are your sole responsibility.
This includes messages containing personal, financial, governmental, legal, authentication, or other sensitive information.
Forwardit operates entirely on the user's device.
The Developer does not operate servers to process, store, or forward messages and has no access to your messages, logs, settings, email credentials, or forwarding destinations.
Message delivery depends on your device, operating system, network, and third-party service providers and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Forwardit is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, or liability arising from the use of, or inability to use, Forwardit.
This includes, without limitation:
You use the application entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any law or third-party rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory legal rights available to consumers under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may stop using Forwardit at any time by uninstalling the application.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Forwardit depends on Android, operating system permissions, device manufacturers, networks, and third-party service providers.
System updates, device restrictions, battery optimizations, network conditions, or service provider policies may affect the application's functionality.
The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with all devices or future Android versions.
Forwardit is not intended to be the sole or primary method of receiving, monitoring, or managing important, legal, governmental, financial, medical, or sensitive communications.
Users remain responsible for independently monitoring original messages and communications.
You are solely responsible for selecting the individuals or entities to whom messages are forwarded.
The Developer shall not be responsible for any disclosure, access, use, or sharing of information resulting from destinations selected by you.
Because Forwardit operates entirely on your device, the Developer does not retain copies of messages, logs, settings, email credentials, or forwarded content.
The Developer cannot recover, restore, or access such data if it is lost, deleted, or damaged.
You are solely responsible for all fees, charges, and costs associated with your use of the application, including SMS charges, data usage, internet access fees, email service costs, and charges imposed by third-party providers.
The Developer shall not be responsible for any costs, losses, or expenses arising from message forwarding or service usage.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application or these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
