By installing or using Forwardit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Good-faith, lawful use only

You agree to use Forwardit only in good faith and for lawful purposes. You will not use it to commit fraud, to intercept or steal anyone's messages or verification codes (OTPs), or for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity. Misuse may be a crime — you alone are responsible for it.

2. You must be authorized

You confirm you own this device and SIM, or have full authority and consent over the device whose messages you forward. You are solely responsible for that authorization.

3. Your messages, your responsibility

Every message Forwardit forwards — and every destination email or phone number you choose — is 100% your responsibility. This includes messages containing sensitive data such as OTPs and banking codes. You are responsible for keeping your destinations secure. You accept all risk of forwarding such messages.

4. On-device service

Forwardit runs entirely on your device and forwards only via your own email (SMTP) and phone. We operate no servers and have no access to your messages, credentials, or destinations. Delivery depends on your device, network, and email/SMS provider, and cannot be guaranteed (messages may be delayed or missed).

5. No warranty

Forwardit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability — you cannot hold us liable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim of any kind arising from your use or misuse of Forwardit — including missed, delayed, wrong, or intercepted messages, exposure of OTPs or sensitive data, unauthorized access to your destinations, or any unlawful use by you or anyone using your device. You use Forwardit entirely at your own risk and waive any claim against the developer.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the app or your breach of these Terms.

8. Your local consumer rights (these Terms don't remove them)

Some countries give you mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived by a contract. Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any right you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Where such laws apply, they prevail over anything inconsistent here, and the limitations in Sections 5–7 apply only to the extent that law allows.

9. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.

10. Termination

You may stop using Forwardit at any time by uninstalling it. These Terms continue to apply to your prior use.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence (Section 8). Your use of Forwardit through Google Play is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
